Step 1:

From the left navigation menu, click on Scheduler.

Step 2:

In the top-right corner, click on the dropdown arrow next to + Shift, then select Add in Detail.

Step 5:

Select the Recurring Type as Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

Step 6:

Specify the recurrence interval by entering the required number:

    • For example, if you enter 2 with the Daily recurring type, the shift will repeat every 2 days until the selected end date.
    • Similarly, you can configure the interval for Weekly or Monthly recurring shifts.

Step 7:

Select the End Date until which you want the shift to repeat.

Step 8:

Enable the Publish Shift option, then click on Create Shift.

Step 9:

A confirmation window will appear asking whether you want to publish only the current shift or future shifts. Select the appropriate option and click Submit.

  • The recurring shifts will be created and displayed on the Scheduler roster up to the selected End Date, based on the recurrence type and interval you configured.

Note:

Step 1:

  • Once a recurring shift has been created, its recurrence settings—including the Recurring Type, recurrence interval, and End Date—cannot be modified, even if the shift is saved as a Draft. However, other shift details can be edited until the shift is completed or locked.
