Follow these steps

Step 1:

From the left navigation menu, click on Scheduler.

Step 2:

In the top-right corner, click on the dropdown arrow next to + Shift, then select Copy Schedule.

Step 3:

Under Copy From, select the week from which you want to copy the schedule.

Step 4:

Under Copy To, select the week to which you want to copy the schedule.

Step 5:

(Optional) Under Week Starting, select the first day of the week from which the system will copy the schedule (The system copies shifts only within the selected one-week period).

Step 6:

(Optional) Under Starting On, select the date from which you want the copied schedule to begin. The system will create the copied shifts from the selected date onward and will only copy the remaining days within the selected one-week schedule.

Step 7:

Review your selections and click on Copy to complete the process.

Notes:

  • Copied shifts are created as Unpublished by default (Draft).
  • Copied shifts may overlap with existing shifts scheduled for the same date.
  • If the original assigned carer is unavailable during the destination period, the copied shift will be created without an assigned carer.
  • Recurring/Repeat shifts are not copied as part of the Copy Schedule process.
  • You can copy a schedule using only one of the following methods:
    •  “Copy From” and “Copy To”
    •  “Week Starting” and “Starting On”
