Result

  • The open shift will be published and offered to the selected employees, and a notification will be sent to each of them. The shift will remain in Pending status until one of the selected employees accepts it. Once an employee accepts the shift, it will automatically be assigned to that employee.

Notes:

  • The Open Shift option allows you to offer the same shift to multiple employees without assigning it to a specific employee during shift creation.
  • The first employee to accept the open shift will automatically be assigned to it.
  • Once an employee accepts the shift, it is no longer available to the remaining employees.
  • If none of the selected employees accepts the shift, it will remain in Pending status until it is accepted, edited, or cancelled.
