RotaWiz takes the support item’s rate for the case note’s pricebook and Location Type, and applies it to the duration according to the billing type.
Example: support item rate $80 per hour × 2 hours = $160.
The amount recalculates when you change the support item, duration or billing type.
The Location Type is saved with the case note. If the client’s Location Type (e.g. National, Remote or Very Remote) changes later, this case note’s price doesn’t.
The amount isn’t taken from the budget until the case note is invoiced.
RotaWiz doesn’t check the remaining budget when you save. You can save a case note even if the budget has run out.
