Can I still record case notes that aren’t billed to NDIS?

Yes. Leave the NDIS Plan field empty and select billing type as “Non Billable or Non Billable Office work” , the case note works the same as before. If you change it to billable then can invoice it later, no NDIS budget is used until the invoice is created.
Location Type is still required, but RotaWiz fills it in for you ( to edit Location Type: Clients > Click on Edit button for the respective client > on the first page there would be option as Location type).
