The Pricing section now has three fields, filled in this order:
- Pricebook (required). Choose this first.
- NDIS Plan (optional). Pick one to bill the shift against the client’s plan, or leave it empty to use standard pricing.
- Funding Period (optional). It appears once you’ve picked an NDIS Plan.
- Then choose the Line Item.
Good to know:
- Changing the Pricebook clears the NDIS Plan, Funding Period and Line Item, so you pick them again.
- Changing the NDIS Plan clears the Funding Period and Line Item.
- The Funding Period doesn’t change the shift’s price or which line items you can pick.
- You can change or remove the Funding Period any time before the shift is invoiced.
