Where do I find employee documents
You can easily access all the documents uploaded to a staff member’s profile by following these steps
Go to the Employees section
- From the side navigation menu, click on Employees

- Search for the employee
- Use the search bar to quickly locate the staff member whose documents you need
- Open their profile
- Click on the employee’s name to access their profile page

View the documents
Navigate to the Documents tab within the profile

Here, you’ll see a list of all uploaded files
- Click the edit icon next to a document to open or edit it
- This makes it simple to find and manage any certificates, IDs, or other important documents for your staff
