An NDIS plan, under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), is a document that outlines a person’s goals and the supports needed to achieve them

You can create it by following the below steps

Navigate to  the NDIS plan 

Click on the “Add NDIS plan”

Fill all the required details and click on the submit button

The NDIS plan will be submitted .
