What do shift colors mean

In RotaWiz, each shift color helps you quickly understand the status of a shift. Here’s what each color represents:

  • Grey: Confirmed shift
  • Light Green: Shift in progress
  • Green: Shift completed
  • Yellow: Pending shift
  • Red: Cancelled shift
  • Light Red: Rejected shift
  • Blue: Rescheduled shift
  • Purple: Empty shift
