In RotaWiz, you’ll receive the following reminders to help you stay on top of your shifts:
- Clock-in Reminder – Receive a reminder to clock in for your shift.
- Shift Notes Reminder – Receive a reminder to complete your shift notes.
These reminders help ensure you don’t miss important shift-related tasks and stay up to date with your schedule.
SMS Reminders
If the Admin has purchased the SMS Pack add-on service, they can configure the following SMS reminders for staff:
Shift Reminder SMS
Sent to staff 1 hour before the shift starts.
Missed Clock-in Alert
Sent to staff 10 minutes after the shift starts if they have not clocked in.
Missing Notes Reminder
Sent to staff 2 hours after the shift ends if shift notes have not been submitted.
Final Notes Warning
Sent to staff 6 hours after the shift ends as a final reminder to submit their shift notes.

To purchase the SMS Pack & SMS settings, follow these steps:
Step 1:
Click on your Profile Name from the top-right hand side.
Step 2:
Select Profile & Settings.
Step 3:
From the left-hand side menu, click on SMS Integration, located below the Subscription option.
Step 4:
Make the required SMS Pack purchase.
Step 5:
Once purchased, click on the SMS Settings tab to view and configure the available SMS reminder options.
