Steps to View Today’s or Upcoming Shifts
You can easily check today’s or upcoming shifts in RotaWiz by following these steps
- Go to the Scheduler section
- From the side navigation menu, click on Scheduler
Apply the date filter
Use the calendar filter at the top of the screen to select:
- Today’s date to view current shifts
- Future dates to see upcoming shifts
- Filter by view type (optional)
- You can switch between different views to suit your preference:
- Day View: Detailed view of today’s shifts
- Week View: Overview of upcoming shifts
- List/Table View: Summary by time, client, or location
Use additional filters for more precision (optional)
You can refine your search by:
- Staff name
- Client name
- Shift status (e.g., Assigned, Unassigned, Completed)
- Location and shift type
Review shift details
Click on any shift to see more information, including:
- Assigned staff
- Shift timing and duration
- Client details
- Notes, travel, or documentation requirements
This makes it simple to keep track of all shifts and ensure nothing is missed
