How to add quickly a new employee
Adding a new employee in RotaWiz is simple and only takes a few steps, Follow the instructions below:
- Go to the Employees section
- From the side navigation menu, click on Employees

- Start adding a new employee
- In the top-right corner, click on Add Quickly

Enter the employee details
Fill in the key information, including:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Role/Designation (e.g., Support Worker, Admin)
- Employment type (Full-time, Part-time, Casual, etc.)
- State

Select Yes if you want to send an email to the employeeEnable Allow Employee to Upload Document if required
Submit to finish
Click Submit to complete the setup
