How to mark a client as inactive or archive them
If a client is no longer active, you can archive their profile instead of deleting it. This way, their information is still stored safely for future reference.
Go to the Clients section
From the side navigation menu, open Users and select Clients
Search for the client
- You will see a list of all active clients in your organisation
- Use the search bar at the top to quickly find the client you want to archive
- Open the status option
Click on the Active tab next to the client’s name

Choose Archive
- A pop-up window will appear with the option to change the client’s status

- Select Archive and then click Submit
- You will see a message confirming the change: “Client successfully marked as inactive.”
- The client will now be moved to the Archived section
