How Does the Open Shift Logic Work

The open shift logic is designed to make scheduling simple and efficient. Here’s how it works:

• The admin can select multiple employees for an open shift
• All selected employees will receive a notification about the open shift
• Once any one employee accepts the shift, it is automatically removed from the other employees’ notifications
• The accepted shift is then added directly to the calendar of the employee who confirmed it
  

This ensures shifts are filled quickly while keeping everyone’s schedule accurate and up to date
