How do I give an employee access to the system
Access to RotaWiz is managed through roles and permissions. Here’s how it works
- Super Admin: Only a Super Admin can assign system access and determine what an employee can see. You can check these permissions in the Roles and Permissions section
- Company Admin: If a new custom role has been created by the Company Admin, they can assign access directly to an employee without needing Super Admin approval
This setup ensures that every employee has the correct level of access for their role while keeping your system secure
