How do I control what carers can view about clients

You can manage what information carers can see about clients by following these steps:

Access Company Settings

• Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Company Setting

Open Privacy Controls
In the Settings tab, locate the Privacy Controls section

Click the Edit button

Select Documents to Hide
Choose which documents or information you want to hide from carers

This gives you control over what carers can view, making client information secure and appropriate
