How do I add emergency contacts for clients
Adding emergency contacts to a client’s profile ensures you have the right people to reach if needed. Follow these steps
Go to the Clients section
- From the side navigation menu, select Users and then click on Clients

Open the client profile
Find the client you want to update and click on the Edit icon

Go to the Emergency Contacts tab
Inside the profile, click on the Emergency Contacts tab

Add a new contact
- Click on Add Emergency Contact
- Fill in the details for the contact, then click Submit

The emergency contact will now be saved in the client’s profile, so you can quickly access this information whenever needed
