Downgrading is just as easy, but there’s one small step if you have extra users:
Go to Subscription
And click Edit Plan
Reduce the number of user licenses (minimum is 5).
- If you have more than 5 employees, mark the extra ones as Archived first.
Check the pop-up details and click Confirm.
Your account will switch to the downgraded plan immediately.
