Yes! You can make certain questions mandatory so they must be answered by carers:
Access Company Settings
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Company Setting
Open the Questionnaire Tab
Locate the Questionnaire section and click on it
Mark a Question as Mandatory
- Click the view icon next to the question you want to make mandatory
- Enable the Is Mandatory option
- Click Save to apply the changes
Now, the selected questions will require an answer before the Shift Notes form can be submitted
