Yes, you can mark specific questions as mandatory when creating or editing questions in the Questionnaire section. This ensures staff must answer those questions when completing the Shift Notes form.
Steps to Mark a Question as Mandatory:
Step 1:
Click on your Profile Name from the top-right hand side.
Step 2:
Select Profile & Settings.
Step 3:
Click on Questionnaire.
Step 4:
Locate the question you want to make mandatory.
Step 5:
Click on Edit for the respective question.
Step 6:
Enable the Mandatory option.
Step 7:
Click on Save/Submit to apply the changes.
