Yes! You can easily hide sensitive information from carers by following these steps:
Access Company Settings
- Click your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen
- From the drop-down menu, select Company Setting
Open the Settings Tab
You will see four sections:
- Setting
- Questionnaire
- Invoice
- Integrations
Click on Settings
Edit Privacy Controls
Within the Privacy Controls section, click the Edit button
Here, you’ll find options like:
- Share Public Information with Carer
- Share General Information with Carer
- Share Need-to-Know Information with Carer
- Share Useful Information with Carer
- Share Likes with Carer
- Share Dislikes with Carer
- Share Disability with Carer
Control Visibility
Change the mode from Yes to No for any sensitive information you want to hide from carers
