If You Forgot Your Password and Cannot Log In
Follow these steps
Step 1:
On the login page, locate the Forgot Email or Password? option on the right-hand side.
Step 2:
Click on Password, displayed in red.
Step 3:
You will be redirected to a new page.
Step 4:
Enter your registered email address.
Step 5:
A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
Step 6:
Use the link to reset your password.
Step 7:
Once your password has been reset, try logging in again using your new password.
