How to Edit or Remove Documents in RotaWiz (Post-Login Steps)
You can easily manage documents for clients, staff, or shifts in RotaWiz. Follow these steps
Navigate to the Relevant Record
From the side navigation menu, select the module where the document is stored:
- Clients: Client documents
- Employee: Staff credentials or certifications

Let’s go for the clients Documents

Open the Individual Profile or Item
Click on the participant’s or employee’s name to open their profile

Select the Documents Tab

Next to each document, click the edit icon

- Update fields such as name, description, expiry date, or category
- Click Update to save your changes
Delete a Document

- Click the trash-bin icon next to the document
- Confirm deletion in the browser popup (“Are you sure?”)
- The document will be permanently removed
Refresh and Verify
Refresh the page or revisit the profile to confirm the document has been updated or deleted successfully
This makes it simple to keep all records up to date and manage important files efficiently
